This 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified training offers you the opportunity to fully dive into this unique method, deepen your personal practice, and acquire the tools to teach with clarity and authenticity.
Upon completion, you will receive the RYT 200h certification, allowing you to teach Jivamukti Yoga anywhere in the world.

Whether you are an experienced teacher or a dedicated practitioner, if you feel called to integrate and transmit the spiritual philosophy of Jivamukti Yoga, this training is for you.
We welcome a small group (maximum 12 participants) to ensure personalised support and an optimal learning environment.
Prerequisites:
- A regular yoga practice with a teacher for at least one year
- Reading of the four key texts of Hatha Yoga: Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita, Yoga Upanishads

A complete immersion in Jivamukti Yoga
Our training is structured into four main modules, designed to offer a deep and holistic understanding of the Jivamukti method, while preparing you to become a skilled and inspired teacher:

Philosophy of Jivamukti Yoga
Study sacred texts, spiritual teachings and yogic ethics.
Learn how to bring these principles into your personal practice and your teaching. -
Asana Practice & Teaching Methodology
Refine your alignment, pranayama, and adjustment skills within the Jivamukti sequence.
You will learn how to teach safely, with respect for each student’s body and mind. -
Meditation, Chanting & Mantras
Explore meditation, mantra chanting, and the role of music in Jivamukti Yoga.
These tools will help you awaken consciousness and cultivate a profound spiritual practice. -
Anatomy & Teacher Ethics
Gain a solid understanding of anatomy applied to yoga postures and develop your teaching skills.
Learn how to manage a class, teach with clarity, and guide your students with safety and compassion.

60 hours of yogic philosophy and fundamental teachings

25 hours of meditation, relaxation, and guided visualisation

25 hours of teaching experience and classroom assisting, including case studies

Your Mentor
Students are guided by Julie Giacomini, an experienced yogi master and teacher trainer. A comprehensive training manual is provided. Throughout the course, a thesis and final exam will validate your learning, with weekly assignments helping you build your reflection and integration of the teachings.

The full training fee is €2500, payable in 4 modules of €625.
Our yoga teacher trainings may be eligible for professional development grants. As a registered professional training centre, we can provide all necessary documents to support funding applications.

Our trainings are designed to suit your personal and professional availability. Thanks to a modular format, you can start at any point during the year and progress at your own rhythm.
Single block or spread out
Each week introduces a new module, allowing for steady and flexible progression. Trainings are delivered in blocks of 2 to 6 modules, depending on the theme, and can be followed continuously or over multiple sessions.
