  • No specific prerequisites are required.
  • This programme is open to all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
  • You are welcome to adapt the sessions to your own rhythm and needs. All we ask is that you arrive with an open heart, a willingness to be present, and a desire to fully experience this transformational journey.

In the heart of Ardèche, we offer a unique retreat where yoga meets heart coherence.
It’s an invitation to slow down, to breathe deeply, and to reconnect with your essence.
Each day includes yoga practices (gentle or dynamic, as you prefer), meditation, and breathing techniques (pranayama), all designed to restore balance and nurture inner serenity.

Here, far from the noise of everyday life, you can return to yourself and explore your yoga practice in a safe, heart-centred, and caring environment. We welcome you in an authentic and peaceful space, where yoga is taught from heart to heart, with deep respect for each participant’s path and needs.

This retreat is not about goals or performance.
It is first and foremost a journey inward — a time to be, without pressure or expectations.
A precious opportunity to explore and deepen your yoga practice with simplicity and authenticity.

What’s included:

  • Hatha Yoga & Meditation
    Daily sessions to nourish body and mind, with a focus on alignment, breath, and presence

  • Heart Coherence
    Learn to regulate your breath, calm the mind and restore deep balance with this powerful breathing technique

  • Sharing & Relaxation Time
    Moments of silence, mindful walking in nature, and contemplation to foster true inner regeneration

  • Sound Baths
    A unique sensory experience using ancestral instruments to awaken the senses and promote deep relaxation

Example Day Schedule

  • 07:00 – 08:30: Morning yoga practice

  • Breakfast
  • Optional nature walk

  • 11:00: Osteopathy or Thai massage (depending on your chosen programme)
    or: Theory class (09:00 – 12:00)

  • 12:00: Lunch

  • Rest and free time

  • 15:00 – 16:30: Yoga session

  • 18:00: Pranayama and meditation

  • 19:00: Dinner

Retreat dates & flexibility

Our retreats are offered year-round, with flexible arrival options to suit your schedule and needs.

Prices (All-Inclusive)

Each retreat includes:

  • Two yoga practices per day

  • Full-board accommodation in dormitory (private rooms available at an extra cost)

  • One osteopathy session or Thai massage (depending on the chosen format)

    Our trainings, retreats, and workshops are far more than knowledge transfers — they are spaces of inner exploration, often held in our ashram in Ardèche, a place of peace and renewal surrounded by nature.
    There, between ancient stones and mountain air, every teaching becomes a living, breathing invitation to embody yoga fully.

    Julie Giacomini

    Julie Giacomini is a deeply inspiring figure who weaves ancestral wisdom with a modern, grounded approach to wellbeing.
    She has trained hundreds of yoga teachers over the past 15 years. Today, she walks the path as a mother, woman, teacher — defying labels and embracing simply Being.

    Introduced to Buddhism at the age of 13, Julie integrates this spiritual vision into a holistic path that blends clarity and care.
    As a speaker, trainer and Heart Manager, she supports individuals and organisations in stress management, conscious decision-making, and positive culture building.
    She holds the ERYT-500 Yoga Alliance certification, is a certified Jivamukti 300h teacher and Yoga of Sound instructor.

    Rooted in the heart, she offers you a path through retreats, trainings and spiritual initiations.
