Our 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training, certified by Yoga Alliance, is designed for certified teachers wishing to refine their skills and expand their knowledge. This advanced programme offers in-depth exploration of Hatha Yoga, Tantra, meditation, and anatomy applied to yoga postures.

Join us in our ashram in France and grow within a nurturing environment, ideal for both personal and professional transformation.

Who is this training for?

This course is intended for yoga practitioners who wish to start teaching or simply deepen their practice and understanding of yoga.

We welcome a small, intimate group (maximum 12 participants) to ensure personalised guidance and an optimal learning environment.

 

Prerequisites:

  • A regular yoga practice with a teacher for at least one year

  •  Reading of the four key texts of Hatha Yoga: Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita, Yoga Upanishads

TT 500h Curriculum

A deep immersion into the heart of yoga tradition

This 60-day intensive residential training will refine your teaching skills and expand your understanding of yoga through several core modules:

  • History and Philosophy: philosophical foundations, study of major texts, ethical principles and their practical application.

  • Anatomy and Physiology Applied to Yoga: study of the body’s mechanisms and the therapeutic benefits of yoga.

  • Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Asanas: in-depth study of postures, alignment, and sequencing.

  • Technical Teaching: alignment, adjustments, variations, and body observation; building precise, balanced, and respectful practices.

  • Advanced Meditation Techniques: exploration of different forms of meditation, mantras, and mindfulness.

  • Pranayamas, Mudras and Bandhas: advanced techniques to optimise vital energy.
  • Energy and Subtle Body: exploration of pranayama, nadis, chakras, energetic principles, and the subtle dimension.
  • Teaching Pedagogy and Methodology: refining one’s teaching style and learning to guide students of varying levels.

Your Mentor

Students are guided by Julie Giacomini, an experienced yogi master and teacher trainer. A comprehensive training manual is provided. Throughout the course, a thesis and final exam will validate your learning, with weekly assignments helping you build your reflection and integration of the teachings.

Independent Modules

Our trainings are designed to adapt to your availability. Thanks to a system of independent modules, you can start at any time of the year and build your learning path at your own pace.

Single block or spread out

Each week introduces a new module, allowing for steady and flexible progression. Trainings are delivered in blocks of 2 to 6 modules, depending on the theme, and can be followed continuously or over multiple sessions.

On-site at the Ashram

You can attend all of our trainings directly at the Ashram, in full immersion.

We welcome a maximum of 12 participants per training, with no minimum required. This means the teaching may also be offered as a one-on-one session, giving you the opportunity for fully personalized guidance.

Online, direct streaming

All our trainings are also available live and remotely through the Jitsi application.
You participate under the same conditions as those attending on-site.
