Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic, structured, and energising practice, based on a flowing sequence of postures synchronised with a specific breath technique (ujjayi pranayama).
This 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified training is designed to deepen your personal practice while preparing you to teach with clarity and authenticity.
Upon completion, you will receive the RYT 200h certification, enabling you to share the traditional teachings of Ashtanga Yoga across the world.
