Would you like to deepen your yoga practice and learn how to share it with others? This 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified training offers an in-depth understanding of Hatha Yoga, Kundalini, and an introduction to Tantra. It prepares you to teach beginners in the yogic tradition and to obtain the RYT 200h certification — a valuable qualification to begin your journey as a yoga teacher.
Who is this training for?
This course is intended for yoga practitioners who wish to start teaching or simply deepen their practice and understanding of yoga.
We welcome a small, intimate group (maximum 12 participants) to ensure personalised guidance and an optimal learning environment.
Prerequisites:

A regular yoga practice with a teacher for at least one year

Reading of the four key texts of Hatha Yoga: Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita, Yoga Upanishads
TT 200h Curriculum
A complete immersion in the yogic tradition.
A thorough, structured education designed to help you become a confident and inspiring yoga teacher. The training is divided into four key modules:
- Yoga Philosophy: Origins of yoga, major schools, foundational texts, chakras and vital energy, yogic lifestyle
- Practice & Techniques: Teaching asanas, pranayama, and meditation suitable for beginners

Theory
50 hours of theoretical instruction in yoga philosophy and its foundations
Technique
80 hours of technical training to refine asanas and breathing techniques
Asanas & Anatomy
45 hours of studying postures and anatomy to better understand and guide students
Practice Teaching
25 hours of teaching practice and hands-on experience in Hatha Yoga instruction
Your Mentor
Students are guided by Julie Giacomini, an experienced yogi master and teacher trainer. A comprehensive training manual is provided. Throughout the course, a thesis and final exam will validate your learning, with weekly assignments helping you build your reflection and integration of the teachings.

The full training cost is €2400, divided into four modules of €600 each.
Our yoga teacher trainings may be eligible for professional development grants. As a registered professional training centre, we can provide all necessary documents to support funding applications.

Independent Modules
Our trainings are designed to adapt to your availability. Thanks to a system of independent modules, you can start at any time of the year and build your learning path at your own pace.
Single block or spread out
Each week introduces a new module, allowing for steady and flexible progression. Trainings are delivered in blocks of 2 to 6 modules, depending on the theme, and can be followed continuously or over multiple sessions.
On-site at the Ashram
You can attend all of our trainings directly at the Ashram, in full immersion.
We welcome a maximum of 12 participants per training, with no minimum required. This means the teaching may also be offered as a one-on-one session, giving you the opportunity for fully personalized guidance.
Online, direct streaming
All our trainings are also available live and remotely through the Jitsi application.
You participate under the same conditions as those attending on-site.
