95-Hour Sound Yoga Teacher Training

Yoga Alliance Certificate

A vibrational and restorative sound immersion

Sound Yoga is a practice that uses vibrations and sacred sounds to harmonise body, mind and soul.
This 95-hour Yoga Alliance certified training invites you into a deep exploration of this unique discipline, integrating mantras, ancient instruments (such as Tibetan bowls, gongs, and shamanic drums), and the voice.
At the end of this journey, you will receive the RYT 200h certification, allowing you to teach Sound Yoga with authenticity and heart-centred presence — anywhere in the world.

  • An openness to the spiritual and vibrational dimension of sound is essential

  • A regular practice of yoga and/or meditation

This module focuses on the intention behind sound, helping you free your voice and develop a personal vocal practice rooted in presence.

These tools will enrich your personal practice and guide students into profound states of relaxation and inner resonance.
