200-Hour Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training

Yoga Alliance Certifie

A complete immersion in therapeutic yoga

Therapeutic Yoga is a gentle yet profound approach that adapts to the individual needs of each person, supporting balance and overall well-being of body and mind.
This 300-hour certified training in therapeutic yoga allows you to deepen your personal practice while learning how to teach yoga in a therapeutic, holistic way.

At the end of the training, you will receive the RYT 300h certification, giving you the tools to accompany your students with care, combining yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and the principles of yoga therapy.

Who is this training for?

This course is designed for yoga practitioners who wish to explore and deepen the therapeutic aspects of their practice, and for wellness professionals – such as therapists or yoga teachers – looking to integrate therapeutic tools into their sessions.

We welcome a small, intimate group (maximum 12 people) to ensure high-quality teaching and personalised support throughout the journey.

Prerequisites:

  • A regular yoga practice with a teacher for at least one year

  • An open mind and a desire to share a more intentional, therapeutic form of yoga

TT 300h Curriculum

An integrative and adaptable approach

Our training is structured around four main modules, each designed to offer you in-depth knowledge of therapeutic yoga and the ability to teach it with compassion and precision:

  • Yoga Philosophy & Well-being Practices
Study of the core philosophical foundations of yoga and holistic practices for cultivating balance and inner harmony

  • Asana Practice & Therapeutic Adaptation
Understanding how to adapt postures to meet individual needs, with a focus on alignment, breath (pranayama), and hands-on adjustments. Learn to teach postures safely and effectively for diverse bodies and conditions.

  • Pranayama & Relaxation Techniques
Explore breathwork techniques to calm the mind, release tension, and foster deep presence. Learn to guide relaxation sequences and incorporate meditation into your classes.

  • Anatomy & Teaching Methodology
Functional anatomy applied to yoga postures, with a focus on safety and injury prevention. Develop your teaching skills, learn how to give clear and inclusive guidance, and structure your sessions effectively.

  • Case Studies & Teaching Practice
