Therapeutic Yoga is a gentle yet profound approach that adapts to the individual needs of each person, supporting balance and overall well-being of body and mind.
This 300-hour certified training in therapeutic yoga allows you to deepen your personal practice while learning how to teach yoga in a therapeutic, holistic way.
At the end of the training, you will receive the RYT 300h certification, giving you the tools to accompany your students with care, combining yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and the principles of yoga therapy.
