These terms govern bookings made with Durga-Ji Yoga et Ayurveda (French non-profit association, SIRET 753 022 664 00019), for retreats, stays and yoga teacher trainings.
Booking and deposit
Any booking, whether for a retreat, a stay at the center or a yoga teacher training, is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit of the total amount, by bank transfer to the association’s account. Invoice requests can be sent to yogajiacademy@gmail.com.
Balance
The remaining balance is payable upon arrival, by check, bank transfer or cash.
Cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified at least 48 hours before the arrival date or the start of the training. After this deadline, the deposit paid remains the property of the association and cannot be refunded.
Practice and liability
Each participant practices under their own responsibility. Participants are asked to inform the team of any physical or psychological health condition before or upon arrival, so that the support provided can be adapted accordingly.
Rates
Rates for retreats (with or without treatments, dormitory or private room) and trainings are available on the relevant pages of the website or upon request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action.
