Already hold a 200h certification and want to deepen your practice and teaching of Hatha Yoga? This certified 300-hour training gives you an in-depth understanding of Hatha Yoga, Kundalini and Tantra, along with a refinement of your teaching practice. Upon completion, you will earn the RYT 300h certification, which combined with your 200h, opens the path to RYT 500.
Who is this training for?
This training is designed for yoga teachers already certified at 200h who wish to deepen their Hatha Yoga practice and refine their teaching.
We welcome a small group (maximum 12 people) to ensure personalised guidance and optimal learning quality.
Requirements:
- Hold a 200h certification (RYT 200) in Hatha Yoga or an equivalent discipline
- A regular yoga practice for at least one year
YTT 300h Programme
Deepening Hatha Yoga, in depth and in awareness.
Our training is organised into structured modules, each dedicated to a key area of deepening Hatha Yoga and its teaching.
- Advanced philosophy: Kundalini, introduction to Tantra, deeper study of foundational texts, teacher ethics.
- Advanced teaching techniques: sequencing, hands-on adjustments, variations and advanced postures.
- Asanas and deeper alignment: applied biomechanics, injury prevention, adapting to different body types.
- Pedagogy and practice teaching: building a structured class, observing and correcting, case studies.
- Kundalini and subtle energy: chakras, nadis, the flow of vital energy.
- Deeper anatomy: muscular, joint and movement systems applied to advanced postures.
- Advanced meditation and pranayama: deeper breathing and concentration techniques.

Your instructor
You will be guided by Julie Giacomini, master yogi and experienced trainer, and provided with a complete study manual. During the training, a thesis and a final exam will validate your learning and confirm the certification.
Cost and enrolment terms
The training fee is 3300€, split into 4 modules of 700€.
Our yoga trainings are eligible for certain professional funding schemes, as part of continuing education funding. As a registered professional training centre, we can provide the documents needed to support your funding application.

Our trainings are designed to fit your schedule. Thanks to an independent module system, you can start at any time of the year.
In one go or over several periods
A new module is offered each week. Trainings are organised into blocks of 2 to 6 modules.
On-site at the Ashram
You can take all our trainings directly at the Ashram, in immersion. We welcome a maximum of 12 participants.
Online, via video call
All our trainings are also available live, remotely, via the Jitsi app.
